Poetry And Motion

This painting, part of my series on the trees of Wimbledon Common,  is inspired by movement and light – the action of wind through branches, creating a continuous rhythm of shapes. It is a mixed-media piece, combining brushstrokes and palette knife gestures with acrylic pastes and gels. The artwork has been created on Jackson’s premium quality box canvas, and can be hung without the need for a frame.
